So, since I’m really very new to this marathon stuff, I’ve been doing a bit of research on the tinterweb.
I really like what I’ve read on this website. And they even have a training guide, based on a 6 month schedule (below).
I’m going to use this as a guide, and follow it as much as possible.
Some weeks look tough. I’d better charge up my iPod and say byebye to Sundays…
